You can find us at Gala No 4 within the Majethia Industrial Estate. It’s located right near the Dukes Compound on W T Patil Marg in Deonar. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. We’ve been based in this gala for a while. The space is mostly used for storing our retail goods. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we get things done. We spend most of our hours tracking orders and moving stock. The heat in Deonar can be something else during the summer, but we just get on with it. There’s a lot of other businesses in the estate, so we see the same faces every day. We usually have the shutters up early in the morning to let the air in. Working in an industrial estate means we follow a strict schedule for deliveries. If the truck is late, it throws everything off. But that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just run our retail business from this spot on W T Patil Marg. It’s a lot of paperwork and manual labor, really. Most people who come here are looking for specific items. We just make sure they get what they came for. It’s a long day usually, but we are used to the rhythm of the estate by now.
