You can find us at G-10 in Manish Market, right there on Tulsi Pipe Road in Dadar West. Dadar is always a bit of a scramble, especially near the station. Our shop is small but we pack a lot into it. We spend most of our mornings unpacking boxes and hanging up new stock on the racks. The lighting in the market isn't the best, but we make do. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to people who walk in looking for something specific to wear. We’ve got piles of clothes everywhere. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly folding things just for them to get messed up again five minutes later. That’s just the clothing business for you. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing stuff. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the regulars to show up. The tea guy comes around at eleven and four, which is usually the highlight of the day. Dadar West has a certain energy that you don't get elsewhere. It's loud, it's fast, and everyone is in a hurry. We just try to stay focused on the inventory and make sure we don't run out of the popular sizes. It is a bit cramped in the back where we keep the extra bags, but we have a system that works for us. It keeps us on our feet all day long.
