You can find us over at F/40 in the Dadar Manish Market. If you know Dadar West, you know how crowded and loud it gets around Senapati Bapat Marg and the station road. That’s where we spend our days. Our shop is tucked inside the market, surrounded by plenty of other businesses. It’s a small space, but we make it work. Every morning is a bit of a rush just getting through the crowds from the station to reach the market doors. We deal with clothes and apparel, so there are always stacks of fabric or finished pieces lying around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. The noise from the street outside never really stops, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. We’ve been in this market for a good bit now. Most of the other shopkeepers are friends or at least people we say hello to every day. We don’t have a big marketing department or a polished website. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are ready and the customers get what they need. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the market is full, but that’s just how it goes in Dadar. We like being so close to the station because it makes things easy for everyone, even if the foot traffic is a bit much. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to make a living for our small group here.
