We've been at Shree Sadguru Heights for a while now. It's on Bhavani Shankar Road. The space is busy. We handle a lot of different clothing items here. It gets crowded during the day when the stock comes in. Most of the people working here live nearby. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, sewing machines, and piles of fabric. Sometimes the tea guy misses our floor, which is a bit of a pain. We just focus on getting the work done. Pragati Fashions isn't a huge place, but we keep busy. The traffic on Bhavani Shankar Road is always a mess in the evenings. It makes leaving the office a chore. We’ve had the same staff for a few years. They know how everything runs. We don't really change things much. If it works, we leave it alone. The building is okay, though the elevator is slow sometimes. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking the quality of what we make. It's a lot of manual work. You can hear the machines humming all day. It’s a familiar sound to us now. We try to keep things organized, but when big shipments arrive, the hallways get blocked up for a bit. That's just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the machines running and the staff paid. We have a small fridge for our lunches, but it's always leaking a little bit of water on the floor.
