D. M. Lakhani Overseas Private Limited

We are located in Andheri East, right at the Sakinaka Junction inside Sagar Tech Plaza. Our office is B-604. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Sakinaka can get with all the traffic and people. It’s a loud area, but inside the plaza, it’s a bit more manageable for D. M. Lakhani Overseas Private Limited. We spend our days dealing with a lot of international stuff, which means a lot of emails and late-night calls sometimes. The office isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. There are always boxes or papers around because we’re constantly shipping things or getting documents ready. Most of us take the metro or buses to get here, which is an adventure in itself every morning. We’ve got a small pantry where we make tea and catch up on things. It feels like a typical small business environment where everyone knows what the other person is doing. We don’t have any big corporate murals or anything; just calendars on the wall and desks full of computers. Being near the junction is good because it’s central, even if it is crowded. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep the overseas side of things moving. No big mystery to it, just the daily grind in the city.
