Crystal International

Our office for Crystal International is in the Sanjay Mittal Estate, specifically Unit No 2. We are situated on Sir M. Vasanji Road in Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic this area can be. There is always noise from the traffic and people moving around the estate. We’ve been in this particular unit for a good number of years. It’s not a very large space, so we have to be careful about how we stack things. We deal with various goods and spend most of our time coordinating shipments. It’s a lot of manual tracking and writing things down in ledgers. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us busy at our desks or checking on the boxes. The estate itself is quite old, and sometimes the power fluctuates, but we just deal with it. We have a small team and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s a practical environment. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the orders out on time. The food stalls around the corner are where we usually grab a quick bite. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business. We like being in Andheri because everything is close by, even if it is a bit chaotic.
