Our office is tucked away in Babu Building on S B Patil Road. If you know Grant Road, you know how packed it gets. Getting to office number 20 every morning is like a little workout because the area is always moving. The building itself is one of those older ones that has seen a lot of history. Inside, we have our setup where we handle all the distribution stuff. It’s not a quiet library here. You’ll hear phones ringing and people discussing orders pretty much all day long. We have a small pantry area where we keep the kettle going. Tea is a must, especially in the afternoons when things get a bit slow. Some days the delivery trucks block the whole street, and we have to help guide them in. It's just part of the job. We don't have a big reception area with a fancy sofa. People usually just walk right in and talk to whoever is free. We’ve got stacks of folders and hardware samples everywhere. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. Most of us take the train to Grant Road station and then walk over. It's a short walk, but you have to dodge a lot of handcarts and people on the way. We like being in the middle of the city's hustle. It keeps us on our toes and reminds us that we are part of something bigger.
