We are based in the Sun Mill Compound in Lower Parel. It’s an old industrial area that’s changed a lot lately. Our office is number 229 in the Adhyaru Industrial Estate. It’s a busy building with a lot of different companies coming and going. We mostly deal with fabrics here. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly rolls of cloth and desks. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. Lower Parel is a lot different now than when we started, with all the new malls and tall buildings around us. But our little corner in the industrial estate stays pretty much the same. It's a lot of noise from the street and the other units, but you get used to it. We spend our days checking quality and talking to the mills. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. It’s a workspace through and through. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes we have clients coming in to look at the fabric swatches, and we clear a spot on the table for them. It’s honest work. We just try to get the orders filled and the shipments out to the right places without too much fuss. We don't have any fancy brochures or websites to show off. We just let the fabric do the talking. It’s a simple way to run things in a crowded city.
