Creative Computers

Our shop, Creative Computers, is located at 54 A in the Jyoti Estate. It’s right on Proctor Road, not too far from the Anand Ashram Cooperative Housing Society. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside with all the monitors, old cables, and parts we’ve collected over time. We spend most of our time staring at screens or taking apart laptops to figure out why they stopped turning on. It’s a bit of a messy business, honestly. Dust gets everywhere when you open up an old tower. We’ve been here long enough that the local residents from the housing society know they can just drop by when their internet acts up or their computer starts making a weird noise. Proctor Road is always busy, so there is a lot of foot traffic passing by the estate. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our space is taken up by workbenches and boxes of spare parts that might come in handy one day. Some days are slow, while others have us swamped with five different repairs at once. It can be frustrating when a part doesn't arrive on time, but that’s just part of the deal. We enjoy the puzzle of fixing things that seem broken beyond repair. It’s a simple shop and we like it that way. No corporate talk, just people trying to make technology behave for the neighbors. We have been here for years now and know the area well.
