Classic Flora

We are based in Borivali East, specifically at Shakti Arcade on Science City Road. Our shop is on the first floor in unit 101. It’s not your typical street-level flower shop. We have a space in Tatkara House where we keep all our plants and fresh cut flowers. Every morning we get a delivery of fresh blooms and we spend the first few hours trimming them and putting them in water. It is mostly just me and my sister running the place. We do floral arrangements for various occasions like birthdays or local events. The room is often full of buckets and scissors and bits of leaves on the floor. It smells quite nice though, which is a bonus. We don't have a big staff or a fleet of delivery trucks. If someone needs flowers, they usually call us or come up to the first floor to see what we have. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the busy Science City Road outside. We don't use any corporate language or have big goals of becoming a huge chain. We just like working with flowers and seeing the different colors every day. Sometimes the air conditioning breaks and it gets a bit worrying for the roses, but we manage to keep things fresh. We just take it one day at a time and try to make some nice bouquets for the neighborhood.
