Chinnamon

You can find Chinnamon over in the Bhendi Bazar area of Andheri East. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses like ours tucked away in the side streets. Our place isn't very large, and it's in an older building that has a bit of a history. We don't have a big corporate team or a marketing strategy. It’s just us doing the daily work of running a shop. We start our mornings by cleaning the front and getting everything ready for the day. The smell of our products usually fills the street, which helps people find us since we don't have a very big sign. We have a lot of regular customers who live in the apartments nearby and stop by to chat while they pick up what they need. We aren't trying to be a huge chain; we just want to serve our local community in Andheri East. Sometimes things break or the deliveries are late, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. That is the reality of running a small business. We don't use any fancy English or marketing talk when we speak to our customers. We just treat people fairly and do our best. It is a humble setup, and we are quite content with how things are. We like the pace of life here in this part of town and the people who make it home.
