We are located at Shop No 3 in the Sidhachal Building, which is part of the Royal Diamond Park Society in Vile Parle East. Our little office is right near the Vakola Pipe Line, and if you are looking for a landmark, the Cosmos Bank is just a short walk away. Chheda Modak Riddhi Estate Consultant is a local operation we have been running to help people find their way through the property market in this part of town. The office is small, and we have a lot of keys hanging on the wall for all the different places we look after. It gets a bit loud with the traffic from the pipeline road, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of the day meeting with folks who are looking for a rental or trying to sell their old apartments. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking documents to make sure everything is in order. We don't have any fancy marketing, just the sign on our shop and people telling their friends about us. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones have issues with the lifts. If you stop by, we usually have the tea kettle going and a stack of newspapers on the table. It’s a simple setup, just us helping our neighbors find a decent place to stay without too much of a headache. Dealing with real estate in Mumbai is always a bit of a struggle, but we do our best day after day.
