Our office is on the first floor at D-3 on S. T. Road. It's in Chembur. It's a pretty busy area with lots of traffic and noise. We handle export stuff for different clients. Mostly it involves a lot of paperwork and checking containers at the docks. We have a few desks and a couple of computers that are getting a bit old now. The building is okay, nothing special to look at from the outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and customs. Sometimes the port is backed up and things take longer than they should, which is frustrating. We deal with various goods depending on the season. It's mostly regular trade work. We’ve been in Chembur for quite some time now. The tea stall downstairs is where we go for our breaks. It’s not a big corporate setup at all. Just a few of us trying to make sure the boxes get where they need to go. S. T. Road can be a real nightmare during the evening rush hour. If you are coming to visit the office, it is better to come in the early afternoon. We keep the files organized but the desks are usually messy with papers. It's just how we work here. We don't do much marketing, we just focus on the clients we already have. It's practical work. Every day is a bit different depending on what’s being shipped out.
