Cheenmae International

We are tucked away in building 3 of the Kamdhenu Shopping Center, over in Lokhandwala. It’s unit 510, but the signs in this place can be a bit confusing if you aren't used to it. Cheenmae International has been here for a while now. Andheri West is always moving fast, and being in a shopping center means there's always something going on outside our door. Our office is small, and we’ve filled every inch with samples and boxes. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find leather chairs or fancy art. We just have what we need to get through the day. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’ve stopped noticing it. Most of our work is done over emails and phone calls. We deal with people from all over, but we are still just a local shop at heart. Lunch usually comes from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have visitors, but we manage. Sometimes the parking in Lokhandwala is impossible, so we tell people to take an auto. We don't have a big corporate story. We just opened up one day and kept going. It’s a lot of routine work, checking prices and making sure the logistics are moving along. We like the energy of the shopping center and the people who work in the nearby units.
