Chandan Plastics

Chandan Plastics is based in Mulund West. We are at No - 21 in the New Ram Gopal Industrial Estate. It’s on Dr. R. P. Road, quite close to Jawahar Talkies. People in the neighborhood usually use the cinema as a landmark to find us. The industrial estate has been there for years, and we’ve been a part of it for a good while. Our unit is mostly dedicated to plastic work. We have a few guys who handle the production and packing. It’s a bit of a climb or a walk depending on where you park your vehicle. Mulund is a nice area, but the industrial zones are always a bit gritty. We don't mind it though. Inside No - 21, things are mostly about getting the orders ready. We don't have a decorated office or anything. There’s a table where we keep the registers and a phone that rings quite often. We focus on the everyday tasks of running a plastic business. It’s noisy because of the surrounding units, but you get used to it. The estate is a bit old, so there’s always some maintenance work going on. We try to keep our area clean but it's an industrial setting, so there's always some dust. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple life at the shop. We’re usually there from morning until the evening.
