Our office is located in the Vikas Commercial building, specifically in rooms 402 and 403. We are right on Bhakti Marg, which is a fairly easy spot to get to. Carel Acr System India has been here for a while, focusing on the electronic side of air conditioning and refrigeration. When you walk into our space, it doesn't look like a corporate showroom. It looks more like a place where people are actually working. There are usually controllers and sensors sitting on desks and a fair amount of paperwork that needs to be filed. We handle a lot of the technical support and distribution for these systems across the country. It is a small team here, but we stay quite busy with the technical details. Bhakti Marg is a decent neighborhood to work in, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the area. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy marketing. Instead, we mostly just talk to engineers and contractors who need help with their AC setups. Sometimes the office gets a little crowded when a new shipment comes in, but we just move things around and keep going. We like to keep things straightforward and practical. If you need to find us, just head up to the fourth floor of the commercial block. There is usually someone around to help, even if we are deep in the middle of troubleshooting a controller or checking an inventory list for a client.
