Cardio Beats

Our place is over in Goregaon West, specifically at No. 248/1978 on Road No. 6 in Motilal Nagar-1. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of area, so it feels a bit more personal than a cold industrial park. We focus on cardio equipment and related stuff. People come in looking for things to help them stay active. The shop isn’t huge, but we pack a lot into it. You might have to squeeze past a treadmill to get to the back. We started this because we saw a lot of people in the neighborhood asking about fitness gear. It’s just a few of us running the show. We handle the deliveries ourselves most of the time. The streets around here can be a bit narrow, so getting the big trucks in is always a bit of a puzzle. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who walk in off the street. Some know exactly what they want, and others are just looking around. We don’t use any high-pressure tactics. If someone wants something, we show it to them. If not, they’re welcome to just look. The walls have a few posters, and there’s usually a radio playing softly in the background. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know our names. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when we can. It’s a good way to spend the day.
