Our shop, Cambridge Apparels, is at number 15 in the Bhavani Complex on Bhavani Shankar Road. We are right in Dadar West, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. If you’re looking for us, we are right in front of the Brahman Seva Mandal, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. Being in Dadar means there is never a quiet moment. There are always people walking past the window and the sound of horns in the street. Our shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling to hold all the clothes. Sometimes we need a ladder just to get something down for a customer. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it’s a good spot for us. We open the shutters every morning and start by tidying up the stacks that got messy the day before. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People just come in, look at what we have, and we help them out if they ask. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We like being part of the Dadar market scene. It’s fast-paced and keeps us on our feet all day. By the time we close up at night, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired that comes from a full day.
