Caf Nutrition

We are based out of Mumbai and deal with nutrition products and supplements. It’s a crowded market, but we just focus on what we have on the shelves. The office is tucked away in a busy part of the city, and it’s usually packed with boxes waiting to be shipped out. We don't have a big fancy storefront in a mall; we mostly handle things through orders and direct deliveries. It’s a lot of checking labels and making sure the stock is fresh. We started this because we saw a lot of people looking for straightforward health options without all the extra nonsense. Sometimes the warehouse gets a bit disorganized when a new shipment arrives, but we get through it. We aren't some massive international brand, just a small team here in Mumbai trying to keep up with the demand. A lot of our time is spent talking to suppliers and making sure we get the right stuff in. The traffic in this city makes deliveries a nightmare sometimes, but we do our best to get things to people on time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about providing stuff that helps people with their diet and fitness. We stay busy and the phone is usually ringing with someone asking about a specific protein or vitamin. We keep a log of all the orders on a big whiteboard. The heat in Mumbai can be tough when moving boxes. We just wear comfortable clothes.
