CADCONS CONTRUCTIONS LLP

Our place is down in Dana Bunder, right at Anna Bhuvan on Devji Ratansi Marg. If you know the Chinchbunder area in Mumbai, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and loaders moving around. Cadcons Constructions LLP is right in the middle of that noise on the second floor. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s where we handle all our construction stuff. The building is old, like most things around the docks, and the office is packed with files and old maps. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in glass towers. Usually, we're out on the field or sitting here trying to make sense of the latest project drawings. Living and working in this part of Mumbai means you get used to the chaos. We just focus on the building work we have in front of us. It’s practical work. We deal with contractors, check on the cement supplies, and make sure the laborers are sorted. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear anything, but we manage. It’s just a few of us running the show from plot 87C. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work, talk to the people we need to, and head home when it’s finished for the day. It is just a normal life in a very crowded city.
