Khushboo Exports

Our office is at D-503 in the Beach Classic building on Shimpoli Road. Being in Borivali West, we are in a pretty busy part of Mumbai. We run Khushboo Exports from this floor, and it’s usually just a few of us here. The view of the street is mostly buildings and traffic, but it keeps us connected to the city. We spend most of our time on the phone or managing shipments that go through the port. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and making sure the numbers match up. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we end up waiting around a lot in the lobby. We have samples of different things we export sitting on the shelves, and it can get a bit messy during the peak season when everything comes in at once. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. People who need to find us usually just give a call and come up. We just try to stay organized and keep the business moving forward one day at a time. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking containers, which isn't very exciting but it is what we do. We like the neighborhood even if it gets loud with the traffic downstairs. We just keep our heads down and get the exporting done.
