Dev International

You can find Dev International at the Royal Complex in Borivali West. We are in the Blue Bell building, room A 302. Eksar Road is right outside, and it’s usually packed with rickshaws and commuters. Our office is a straightforward place with a few desks and some very busy computers. We handle international trade, which sounds complicated, but we try to keep it simple. Most of our work is about coordinating between different parties and making sure the containers are where they should be. We have a small group of employees who have been here since the start. There isn’t any fancy decor or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place of work. We spend a lot of time on the phone, often late into the evening because of time zone differences. The office can get a bit messy with all the shipping logs and customs papers lying around. We don't have a formal dress code; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do what’s required. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It’s a relaxed environment despite the deadlines we have to meet. We like being in this part of Borivali. It’s a good community and we feel at home here.
