Blaze Machineries

Blaze Machineries is tucked into Gala No 3 inside the Dixit Compound. We are in the Ajit Glass area, right off S.V. Road in Jogeshwari West. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how loud and busy it gets. Our place is full of the sounds of metal and tools. It’s not the cleanest office you’ll ever see, because we’re actually making things here. There is usually some grease on the tables and a bit of dust in the air. We’ve been in this compound for quite a while. Most of us here have calloused hands and we don't mind getting a bit dirty. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us mid-work, wearing our old clothes. We just focus on the machines. Some days the heat in the gala is pretty intense, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We know the other guys in the Dixit Compound, and we often borrow tools or help each other move heavy stuff. It’s a community of people who work with their hands. We don't talk much about things like "innovation" or anything like that. We just fix what's broken and build what's needed. It's a straightforward way to spend the day. S.V. Road is always humming outside, but inside here, we just focus on the job at hand.
