Birlasunlife Insurance has an office located at 20, Rainbow I.E., right opposite Seepz. We are actually behind the Floral Deck Plaza, which is a bit of a hidden spot if you don’t know the area well. It’s a standard office setup with lots of desks and computers. We spend most of our day on the phone or going through insurance papers. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the people we help. The commute to the Seepz area can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we all try to leave at the same time to beat the worst of it. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and documents stored away. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes the stacks of paper just take over. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and chat during breaks. It’s a friendly group here. We don’t have any fancy titles that we use among ourselves. We just try to get the claims processed and answer whatever questions come in. Being near Floral Deck Plaza means there are some decent places to grab a quick bite for lunch. We are just regular people trying to make sense of all the rules and numbers for our clients. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except for the typing and the low hum of the air conditioner. We keep our heads down and just do the work.
