Bianca

Bianca is right on V.M. Road, tucked in next to On Toes and Boy London in the Juhu Scheme. It’s a nice area, though parking can be a real headache on the weekends. Our shop isn't massive, but we try to make the most of the space we have. We mostly deal with home items, things like linens or fabrics that make a room feel a bit more comfortable. We’ve been here for several years now. The staff here is small, and we mostly just help out wherever it’s needed. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered because we get more stock than we have room for, but we manage to tuck it away eventually. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk. If a customer wants to know how a fabric feels, we just let them touch it. That’s the only way to know, really. We spend our mornings dusting and rearranging the displays. It’s a bit of a routine, but we don't mind it. Juhu is a lively place to be, and there’s always something happening outside the window. We get a mix of people coming in, from neighbors who live around the corner to folks who are just passing through the scheme. We just keep things running however we can every day. If something isn't in stock, we just tell the person straight instead of making excuses. We like to keep it simple like that.
