Bhudev Developers &Logistics Llp is located over in Dadar West. We are on the ground floor, G-2, at Navneet Bhavan. The address is Plot-435 on Baburao Parulekar Marg. Dadar is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people, but we like being in the middle of it. The 400028 area is quite old and has a lot of history. Our office is just a simple room where we handle both the development side and the logistics stuff. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of deliveries or paperwork coming in at once. The floor is concrete and we have some old metal cabinets that have been here since we started. It’s not the kind of place you see in a magazine. We mostly drink tea and talk to drivers or contractors who stop by to check on things. Baburao Parulekar Marg is a busy street, so there’s always noise from trucks and cars outside. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that keep us cool during the humid Mumbai afternoons. Working in Dadar means you’re never far from anything, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward operation. No big speeches or fancy logos on the wall.
