Bhogale Industries

Bhogale Industries is located at the Prima Division, specifically Plant 18B in Vikhroli. It’s a proper industrial site, so it’s not the kind of place you’d come for a quiet visit. There’s a constant sound of metal hitting metal and the low roar of the furnaces. We manufacture various parts and components here. The floor is concrete and there are yellow lines painted on it to show where it’s safe to walk. We spend our shifts in work boots and heavy shirts because the machines can be quite messy. It gets very hot inside the plant, especially during the summer months. Vikhroli is a good hub for this kind of work because it’s easy to get materials in and out. We have a small office at the front where the paperwork gets handled, but most of us are out on the floor. Our machines are older, but they are well-maintained and do exactly what they are supposed to. We don't have a marketing team or fancy logos. We just produce the items our clients order and make sure they’re ready on time. The break room has a small fridge and a table where we sit and eat our lunches from home. It’s hard, physical work, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. We just focus on the production line and getting the day's work finished. It's a loud place, but it's where we work.
