Bhansali & Company (Exports) Pvt. Ltd. is located at Nagindas Mansion, room A-101. The building is on J.S.S. Road, right in the Opera House district. It’s a very busy part of town, full of old buildings and narrow staircases. Our office is one of those classic spaces with high ceilings and tall windows that look out over the street. It’s always noisy outside with the horns and people shouting, but we’re used to it. Inside, it’s mostly about the export business. We have piles of shipping documents, folders, and a few old computers that keep the records. We’ve been in Nagindas Mansion for a long time. The floor is made of old tiles and the walls have that lived-in look. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate logos on every wall. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Most of our day is spent dealing with customs agents and transport companies. It can be stressful when things are delayed, but that’s just the nature of exports. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or answering the phone. We usually have tea delivered twice a day from the stall across the road. It’s a traditional way of doing business in a part of the city that hasn't changed much in years. We just keep our heads down and do our work every single day.
