N'Sum Trends Company

N'Sum Trends Company is located inside Dreams Mall, specifically unit L-189 on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a street-side shop because of the air conditioning and the security guards, but it’s still a lot of work. We deal with various clothing and fashion items, mostly trying to keep up with what people are wearing these days. The shop isn’t huge, but we try to fit as much as we can on the racks without making it impossible to walk around. Most of our days are spent unpacking new boxes and hanging things up. Bhandup West is a busy area, and Dreams Mall gets quite a lot of people on the weekends. During the week, it’s a bit quieter, which gives us time to organize the stock and fix the displays. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just look at what's coming in and decide what looks good. Sometimes the mall lights are a bit too bright, and the music from the other stores can get annoying, but you get used to it. We talk to the other shop owners nearby about how business is going over a quick cup of chai. It’s a straightforward business. We buy things, we show them to people, and hopefully, they like them enough to take them home. It’s not about being the most famous brand, just about having a shop that stays open.
