M/s Lata Exports Apparels Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Unit No. 201 in the B-Wing of Jainam Arcade. This is inside the BTM Compound on L. B. S. Marg, and we are quite close to the SBI Bank branch there. Being on L. B. S. Marg means there is always a lot of traffic and activity around us. It's a major road, so it’s easy for people to find the arcade. Our unit isn't anything too flashy. It’s a functional space where we manage our apparel exports. There are desks, some computers, and a lot of samples lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure everything is on track. It’s a busy environment. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s just a dedicated team working in Jainam Arcade. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the compound change. We don't use corporate speak here. We just talk like regular people. If there's a problem, we fix it. We don't have a polished marketing image. We just do our business the way we know how. It’s a practical setup for an export company. The location helps because it’s a known spot. We just keep our focus on the garments and the shipping schedules. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’re used to it by now.
