Bela Pankti Fashion Designer

We are Bela Pankti Fashion Designer and our main workshop is in the MIDC area. We are located at Plot No D 4 on Road No 20. This is right in the middle of Andheri East and Ghatkopar West, near LBS Marg. The area is purely industrial, so there are always trucks moving and a lot of construction going on. Our space is not a fancy boutique where you would go to browse. It is a real working workshop. We have sewing machines going and fabric scraps all over the floor. It is a bit loud and messy, but that is how we get things designed and made. LBS Marg is usually stuck with traffic, so it takes a while to get here. We have been in this unit for several years now. The building is just a concrete block like all the others on Road No 20. We don't have a big sign or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find us working on a garment. We don't spend time on making the place look corporate or polished. We would rather spend our time on the designs. It is a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we stay late into the night when we have a big project. It is just the way we have always done things. We are just a small team of designers and tailors working hard in the heart of Mumbai. There is no glamour here, just the sound of needles and thread.
