Beautiful Garments

Beautiful Garments is located in Tejura Chambers on V.P. Road. The address is 365-367, and it’s a building that has seen a lot of history. V.P. Road is always bustling with activity, and our bit of it is no different. We have been working out of this space for quite some time now. The name of the company might sound a bit grand, but we are really just a group of people who know how to handle a needle and thread. Inside Tejura Chambers, the rooms are high-ceilinged but they can get a bit stuffy when the fans aren't at full speed. We have our cutting tables set up in the middle and the sewing machines along the walls where the light is better. It’s a lot of manual labor, and our hands usually have a few nicks and cuts by the end of the week. We don't have a fancy showroom here. Most of what we make is packed into brown boxes as soon as it’s finished and checked. We like the neighborhood because you can find almost anything you need just by walking down the street. There’s a good sense of community among the businesses in this building. We often share a laugh with the folks next door while we’re waiting for the lift. It’s just a normal, hardworking environment where we try to stay focused on the task at hand without too much fuss.
