Bbl Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is at 146, D Building on Link Road in Malad West. It is a big building and we have a lot of room for all the fabric we manage. The traffic on Link Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Inside our space, the air always smells like new cloth and cotton. We have tall metal racks that are completely filled with rolls of fabric in many different colors and patterns. Our team spends most of the day unrolling the cloth, checking for any flaws, and cutting it for orders. It is physical work that keeps us moving. We have these long wooden tables that have plenty of scratches from years of cutting. The lights are bright so we can see what we are doing. We are not a fancy showroom for customers to browse. It is more of a warehouse where the real work happens. We keep the paperwork in a small office corner. Trucks come by the loading area in the back to take away the orders. There is always a low hum from the big fans we keep running to stay cool. Malad West is a busy place for the textile business, and we fit right in. We just focus on the fabric and making sure everything gets sent out correctly. It is a busy and honest kind of workplace.
