You can find us on the first floor near Bazargate Street on Perin Nariman Street. Being in Fort means the buildings are old and the stairs are narrow. It’s a bit of a climb, but we’re used to it. The office has high ceilings and large windows that look out onto the street. It’s always loud outside with the honking and the people walking by. We do international business from here, mostly over the phone or on the computer. The desks are a bit old, and the files are stacked high. We’ve been at this location for a long time. It feels like the walls have seen a lot of history. There’s a small kitchen in the back where we make coffee. Usually, the place is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere. We don't have a fancy lobby for guests. You just walk in and see us working. The power goes out once in a while, so we have a backup, but it's noisy. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know the shopkeepers downstairs well. It’s a tight-knit area despite all the chaos. We just focus on getting the shipments sorted and talking to the people we deal with abroad. It's a lot of back-and-forth emails. We close up around six and join the rush at the station. It's just life in the city center.
