Our shop is Shop No. 1 in Shree Society, right here in Gorai 2. We are located on Plot No. 59, which is pretty close to Neelam’S Pride Hotel. It’s a convenient spot for people living in this part of Thane. We mostly deal with computer repairs and selling basic parts that people need for their home setups. The shop isn't very big, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There’s usually a stack of CPUs near the door and a workbench that’s always a bit messy with tools. We started this place because we liked working with hardware. It’s not a corporate office; it’s more of a local hangout for anyone having tech trouble. We see a lot of students coming in with their laptops and older folks needing help with their internet. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we like. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair that’s being stubborn. We don't have any fancy marketing or big banners. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past on their way to the hotel. The shelves are made of simple plywood we put up ourselves. We’ve got a small plastic chair for customers to sit on if they have to wait for a quick software install. Sometimes the power fluctuates a bit, so we have our UPS systems humming in the background constantly. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us.
