Bake-O-Nomic Corporation

Our office is at 6 Kiran Society, just off SVP Road in Borivali West. It’s a residential society, so it feels very different from a standard commercial office block. We started out small and decided to stay here because it’s quiet and easy for the local staff to get to. You have to walk through the main gates and past the garden to find us. Inside, it’s a bit of a squeeze. We’ve turned what used to be a living area into a workspace. There are computers on one side and a space for meetings on the other. It’s not corporate at all; you might hear the neighbor’s kids playing outside or someone’s TV through the wall. We handle the business side of our baking operations from here. Most of our time is spent on the phone or managing the accounts. We don't have a big sign outside or any glossy brochures. People usually find out about us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. It’s a practical setup that saves on costs, which is why we called it Bake-O-Nomic in the first place. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the orders coming in. Sometimes the internet goes down or the courier forgets to pick up, but we just deal with it. It’s a simple, local operation run by people who live nearby and care about doing a decent job every day.
