Baba Fresh Cafe

Our little spot at A-001 in J P Nagar 8th Phase is right by B K Circle. It gets really dusty outside sometimes because of the traffic. We spend a lot of time cleaning the windows at Baba Fresh Cafe. It's a small kitchen. We do everything ourselves. Most days start early with the vegetable truck arriving. Borivali West is a busy area to be in. The sink leaks a little bit but we put a bucket under it. It works fine. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making things as they are ordered. The chairs don't all match. We picked them up at different times. People come in from the circle when they are tired of walking. We have a small menu. It's mostly just things we know how to make well. Sometimes we run out of stuff by the evening. That's just how it goes. The lights are a bit bright in the corner but nobody seems to mind much. We listen to the radio while we work. It keeps the energy up. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything like that. Just a place to sit down for a bit. The address is easy to find if you know the landmark. We like seeing the same faces every week. The floor has some scuff marks where people pull the chairs back. We tried to scrub them off but they are stubborn. We just left them.
