Awwal Constructions is located over in Juhu, which is a nice part of Mumbai to work in. Our office is Flat 104 A in the Gyan Deep building, right on Plot C 3 along Gulmohar Cross Road. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to concentrate on construction plans. We’ve been operating as a private limited company for some time now. Most of our days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on how things are going at different sites. We don’t have a big front desk or anything like that; it’s just a straightforward office where the actual work happens. People in the building know us as the construction folks. Juhu has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up while we’ve been here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to finish our jobs without too much drama. If you walk down Gulmohar Cross Road, you’ll see Gyan Deep Chs Ltd tucked away there. It’s a convenient place for us to meet and handle the business side of things. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a bit and know how the construction process works in this neighborhood. It’s mostly about managing the small details and making sure the workers have what they need.
