We are located in the M K Industrial Premises, specifically at unit G-14. If you’ve ever been to Sonawala Cross Road No 2 in Goregaon, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and workers moving around. Avkash International has been operating from this ground-floor spot for some time now. It’s a basic industrial unit, nothing too flashy. We have our shelves lined with items and a small area where we handle all the admin stuff. The light isn't great in the back, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. Goregaon is a tough place to work sometimes because of the congestion, but it's central for logistics. We usually start our day around nine, unlocking the big metal shutter and letting the air in. There is always something to pack or a client to call back. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If someone visits, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk shop. We handle international trade, which sounds more complicated than it feels day-to-day. Mostly, it’s just making sure the paperwork matches the boxes. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed or if the containers are stuck. We’ve got a good rhythm going here after all these years. It’s just an honest day’s work in a busy industrial estate, trying to keep things moving. We prefer it this way without any unnecessary corporate fluff.
