We've been at 202 Kapadia Appt on Sv Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of the traffic downstairs, but inside our office, it’s usually just us focusing on whatever work needs doing that day. Avean International Pvt.Ltd. started out small, and we’re still not some huge corporate giant. Most of us have been here a few years. We know the neighbors, and we know which tea stall nearby makes the strongest chai when we need a break. It gets pretty loud outside during rush hour, but we just keep the windows shut and carry on. The space isn't fancy, just some desks and files everywhere. People sometimes struggle to find the entrance because the signs around Sv Road are a mess, but once you’re up here, it’s alright. We don’t really do big meetings or anything; we just talk across the desks. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big shipment or some paperwork that needs sorting out. It's just a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss. Usually, the elevator in Kapadia is acting up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. There’s no big secret to how we operate, we just show up and get through the tasks. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It's a tight-knit group here at Avean. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a place to work.
