You can find us at the Shanti Industrial Estate in Mulund West. We are at unit 65 on S N Road. Being in an industrial estate means there’s always something going on—trucks moving, machines humming, and people rushing around. Automated Packaging Systems India is exactly what it sounds like. We work with packaging machines and the parts that go with them. Our space is half-office and half-workshop, really. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the metal and parts, but it’s where the real work happens. We spend a lot of time fixing things or making sure the machines are running right for our customers. It’s hands-on stuff. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If someone needs a part, we find it. The staff here has been around for a while, and we all know how the machines work inside and out. It gets pretty hot in the summer without much breeze in the estate, but we just keep the fans going and drink plenty of water. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or expensive furniture. We just want to make sure the packaging systems work like they’re supposed to so people can get their products boxed up. It’s a noisy place, but it’s ours and we like it.
