Austelo Trading Co

Austelo Trading Co is located in Old Anjirwadi, right off Mount Road in Mazagaon. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has a lot of character, to put it nicely. We deal in various trading activities, so you never really know what the day will bring. One morning it’s all about textiles, and the next it might be something completely different. The space is a bit cramped because we have samples and old boxes piled up everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know our way around. Mazagaon is always full of life, and we like being part of this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to local traders and checking on prices. It’s a lot of haggling and making sure the quality is what it should be. The office has an old fan that makes a lot of noise, but it keeps us cool enough. We aren't a big corporation with polished floors; it's more of a family-style environment here. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the news. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, and we have to spend a Saturday catching up. It’s just how things go when you’re running a small trading house. We’ve been here for years and hope to be here for many more. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Mumbai. We just take it one day at a time.
