Attari Fragrances

Our place is on the first floor of Tauhid Mansion, which is at 61 Mohammadali Road. It is a very crowded area, and the street downstairs is always full of life and different smells. Up in 8A-B, we have our small setup for the fragrances. It’s an old building, so the walls have some history to them. We spend most of our time blending different oils and checking the scents. The room always smells like a mix of jasmine, rose, and things you can't quite name. It’s a bit of a maze with all the small glass bottles and jars sitting on every available shelf. We have to be careful where we step so we don't knock anything over. Working on Mohammadali Road means you are never far from a good meal or a cup of hot chai. We often have people dropping in just to see what's new or to pick up a small vial of something they like. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles; it’s more like a workshop where we use our noses more than our pens. The light from the windows isn't great, but we know our way around. We’ve been in Tauhid Mansion for a long time, and the wooden floors creak whenever we move. It’s a busy, fragrant life we have here, and we just keep doing what we know best without any fancy talk.
