We've been at Pankaj Mahal for quite some time now. You'll find us right near K.C College on Dinshaw Watcha Road. It's a busy part of Mumbai, especially with all the students around. People usually just drop by if they are in the Churchgate area. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic and the local trains nearby, but we stay busy inside our own space. We started Askem India without much fuss or any big plans. The office isn't fancy at all, just some old desks, a few chairs, and stacks of files. We handle the daily work as it comes in. Sometimes the trains are delayed, so we might start a bit late in the morning, but the work always gets done by the end of the day. My family knows this neighborhood very well. We've seen buildings go up and little shops change hands many times, but we are still here in the same spot. If you are walking down from the station, we aren't hard to find. We don't really do big ads or have a team for social media. Most folks find us through word of mouth or because they saw the sign while heading to the college for class. It’s just how things work here. We keep our heads down and stay focused on what needs doing for the day. Mumbai is a fast city, but in this corner of Churchgate, we have our own pace. There’s usually a spot to grab tea nearby.
