You can find us at Hasan Ally House, number 15, right behind Handloom House in the Fort area. It’s an old building, but we’ve made our space work for the computer business. We handle a lot of different things here, like fixing laptops, selling parts, and helping people with their software issues. The tables are usually covered in dismantled towers and loose cables. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where every screw goes. We aren't a big retail chain; we’re just a small team that knows our way around a motherboard. Most of the day we’re staring at screens or trying to figure out why a machine won't boot up. People from the offices nearby in Fort bring their stuff to us when it breaks. We don't have a receptionist or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a screwdriver at the moment. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always people popping in with questions. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just tell you what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are decorated with old motherboards we didn't want to throw away. It’s just a local computer shop doing its thing every day. Sometimes we stay late when a repair is particularly tricky or a deadline is tight.
