Ashtapad Overseas

We are located at 10/11 in the Harharwala Building on S.V.P. Road. It’s one of those older buildings that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to them. Ashtapad Overseas is our small operation where we handle international trade. Most of what we do involves coordinating shipments and talking to suppliers from different places around the world. It’s not always glamorous work. Most days involve a lot of tracking numbers and making sure the customs forms are filled out without any errors. The office is usually a bit messy with paper samples and catalogs lying around on every surface. S.V.P. Road is always bustling, and the noise from the street filters up to us, which is just something we’ve grown to like over time. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is basically what keeps us going when we have to stay late for a call with someone in a different time zone. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to get things done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office; we just want to make sure the goods get moved efficiently and our clients get what they are looking for. It’s a busy life, but it suits us just fine and keeps us on our toes.
