Our spot is over in Bhandup East, specifically on the 3rd floor of Building No 8 in the CGS Colony. If you know Mumbai, you know how these areas get—lots of people, lots of noise, and always something going on. Good Earth Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of it all. We don’t have a big ground-floor entrance with a doorman; you’ve got to head up the stairs to find us. The space is filled with desks, some stacks of files that probably should have been put away last week, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We handle mineral business, which means a lot of technical talk and checking logistics. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a tie. Most of us are just in regular clothes, trying to stay cool while the Mumbai humidity does its thing. The office can get a bit loud when the neighbors are moving things around, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most modern company in the sector. We just want to do our work properly and go home at the end of the shift. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We keep things straightforward, talk to our suppliers, and make sure the paperwork is done. It’s just life in the colony, working hard and making sure the day-to-day stays on track.
