Ashapura International Ltd is located right here in Mumbai. It’s a big name for a group of people who are actually pretty down to earth. Even though the 'International' part makes us sound like we have a massive skyscraper, we are just a regular office handling our daily tasks. Mumbai is a tough place to work sometimes because of the commute and the heat, but we’ve all been doing it for so long that we don't really think about it anymore. Our days are filled with the usual stuff—checking logs, making calls, and trying to keep everything organized. We don't have a specific philosophy we talk about; we just try to be useful. Some of us have been here for years and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit around us. We aren't the type to put up big advertisements or try to impress people with fancy words. We just do the work that comes our way. Lunchtime is usually when we all sit together and talk about regular things, not just business. It’s a decent place to work and we try to keep things relaxed even when there is a lot to do. We know the city is fast, but inside our doors, we try to keep things steady and manageable. It’s just a normal Mumbai business doing what we know how to do. We keep things simple and focus on the day ahead of us.
