We operate out of Khira Nagar, right off S.V. Road in Santacruz West. It's a small office space, D2/3 to be exact, and we've been set up here for a while. Being in Santacruz makes things easier. We are pretty central to a lot of our suppliers and people we do business with. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to trading, which is why the name says multitrade. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork, making calls, and making sure goods get from one place to another. We try to do this without too much trouble. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up on shelves. Sometimes the traffic on S.V. Road makes getting here a bit of a headache. We’re used to it by now. We started this because we saw how messy trading can get. We figured we could just do it our way, focusing on getting the job done. We don't have a big team of executives in suits. It’s just a handful of us working through the daily tasks. If someone calls, they usually talk to the same person every time. We like keeping it small and manageable. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just show up every day and keep things moving. It’s a quiet operation for the most part, tucked away in the residential-commercial mix of the area.
