Aroma N Blends Pvt Ltd. is based out of Nootan Nagar, specifically at D-7. We’re really close to the railway station, which makes it easy for us to get around and for things to be delivered. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. Inside, you can usually smell whatever we’re working on that day. It’s a mix of different scents, some stronger than others. We aren’t a giant factory with hundreds of workers. It’s a small group of us here, mostly focusing on blending and getting the mixtures just right. The space is a bit cramped with all the containers and jars we keep, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We spend a lot of time measuring things out and checking the quality of the ingredients we get. It’s a quiet kind of work, very different from the noise of the railway station nearby. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our time is spent in the lab area, trying out different combinations. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, but you can’t rush these things if you want them to turn out okay. We’ve been in Nootan Nagar for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the trains passing by while we work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the formulas we need to finish for our regulars.
